Does anyone know of a program to remove links in your favorites that are no longer any good or can not accessed, thank you

    all ya need to do is open the favorites on the side bar, right click the dead/old item and choose delete :)

    click favorites->organize favorites
    delete the ones you no longer want

    Right-Click on the website in 'favourites' and click DELETE :)

    I think desooper is looking for something more automatic. For example, go through all the favourites and automatically delete the ones it cannot access.

    The only caveat I have is that sometimes dead sites are new sites and the autocheck may not pick that up. It always hurts when its a malicious site. So, be careful.

    sometimes it would pick out a site like short-media as a deadsite too. every once in awhile i have trouble accessing even my favorite sites...
