if you want a good nforce3 ultra chipset board you may want to go with the epox EP-9NDA3J (or epox EP-9NDA3+) as per muddocktors excellent advice

i'm not a big fan of gigabyte
i have an asus av8 socket 939 motherboard and it works quite well (via kt800pro chipset rather than the nforce3 ultra)
i can see from your ram selection that you don't plan on overclocking too much so any of the motherboards *should* be a fine selection
as far as your hard drive, since you are getting a hard drive, why not jump into sata? once you experience the asthetic qualities of a thin cable versus the large flat one you'll never go back. it's better for cooling too!

Fixed.
I changed the hard drive to the SATA that you reccomended(the 160 gig) and changed the motherboard to the cheaper one that you reccomended.
You won't be sorry.
