Auto Sleep mode with SP2

my friend is in hong kong right now, so i'm not there to help him, and he tells me after installing sp2 for his XP machine, after about 10 minutes logged into windows, the system will auto go to sleep mode.

how can he fix this?

    If this is occurring because the computer is left idle for 10 minutes you can change the power scheme settings by right clicking the desktop and selecting 'Properties'. Click the 'Screen Saver' tab and then click the 'Power...' button. This will open the Power Options Properties window. Confirm that the 'System standby' and 'System hibernate' options read 'Never'. If they don't, make the necessary changes and click 'Apply'.
