Norton GoBack 4.0

Just installed System Works with GoBack 4.0. I did not install the Norton Anit-Virus option. The GoBack does not record "safe points" -- it has been installed for three days and none recorded. I had GoBack 3.0 and it did one at the biginning of each day. I have also installed a new HP Printer driver and no safe/restore point taken prior to installation. The Norton System Status indicates that GoBack is ON. I have tried to reach Norton via phone -- no luck even trying to call them and pay $ -- waited for 30 min and I had a "priority" call. Any guidance on what to try appreciated.

    If you're using WinXP, just use WinXP's built in rollback feature.

    WinXP restore is not nearly as robust as GoBack, it is more complex to use and cannot be used in Windows when it will not boot, does not have granularity to the file level. So I want to get GoBack working properly. But thanks for the tip.
