Aim Beach Virus - I Need assistance

Today I have obtained the aim beach pictures virus and, like many, am unable to rid my computer of it. I went through the process posted by TheSmj, however none of the things on his list showed up on my log. The next thing (according to the post) is to make a thread, post my log so one of you guys can find the problem. Any and all help is greatly appriciated as my PC is only about a month old and I don't this type of b.s. on it.

Place a checkmark next to these entries, close all browsers and windows, and have HijackThis fix them by clicking Fix Checked:

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then delete this file:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\SECUREANTIVIRUS.EXE




Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.

Thanks a lot man. My cousin who I obtained the virus from had a friend send me an application called 'aimfix.exe'. That took care of the actual away message problem. They then told me to delete the same files that you listed and that took care of the task manager and disk defragmenter problem.

Nevertheless I thankyou for taking the time to lend some assistance .
