Virus, Spyware messed up ... Hijackthis log

Hey,

My computer has been going crazy lately. I keep getting Ceres popups and my USB ports don't work. Startup takes about 10 minutes when it only took one before. I'd appreciate any help y'all could give.

    Please download CWShredder but don't run it yet.

    Download Ad-aware SE from: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

    Install the program and launch it. First, in the main window, look in the bottom right corner and click on Check for updates now and download the latest reference files. Exit Adaware for now.


    Make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

    How to see hidden files in Windows

    Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then close all other windows--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and click the Fix Checked button.

    Reboot your computer into Safe Mode


    Now run CWShredder, making sure to click "Fix".


    Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

    C:\WINDOWS\b.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\cerbmod.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\systb.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\ceres.dll
    csrss32.exe
    c:\windows\system32\gwhebzc.exe


    Run a full scan with Adaware.

    Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode.



    Please run these two online scans.
    Make sure they are set to clean automatically:

    If there are files that can not be removed by the scans please include that information in your next post.



    Reboot and post a new hijackthis log.

    Thanks man. I'll be anxious to try this. I am going out of town for the weekend but will be sure to give that a shot and let you know how it turns out.
