Can No One Help Me

i have some virus on my cpu that is being a real pain in the ass i have no idea what it is .in my msconfig window in the start up tab it shows up as "sp" none of my softwear seems to be able to do anything about it and it keeps giving me this god awfull ""search for"" search assistant that is that cant be removed from my add remove programs list, i cant get into my email i cant access certain web sites heeeeelllp!!!!!!!
