I have been using the Noia Extreme theme, I like the look of it, rounder buttons, etc, but still a greyish background. Might have to try the pimpzilla theme out just to see how it looks though

too much bling for me, but hillarious. My favorite is Qute, I've never strayed from it. In fact, I've waited to upgrade to newer version of Firefox because Qute hadn't been updated to work with the new ones yet.
I'm a bit of a minimalist when it comes to my program GUIs. I like the skins that make the interface even less invasive...
Like for Trillian, there is a skin called microscopic, that makes all of the elements of the interface very small, so that it is more effcient with its screen space. I like that. Unfortunately, I can't get any skins for the new version yet, although I haven't checked in a couple of weeks...
/me heads over to the 'skins' section of Trillian's site...
In Firefox, click the Tools Menu, and choose Themes. This will launch the Theme Manager, show you what themes you have installed, allow you to choose which one you wish to use, check for updates to the themes you have installed, and there is a link to Get More Themes, which takes you automatically to the link Q provided above.

Pimzilla is very neat, though not exactly my bag.
