task manager problem from a virus

one of my friends has clicked on an away message that has the "Beach Pictures" (photos.pif). this virus put up an away message trying to give it to other people however i did the aimfix and that deleted a file. however, i still cannot open my task manager. and my computer has been running very slow after i got this virus. i have ran HJT and did the search for the contagious files, however none of the files were the suggested files that were contaminated. what should i do?...heres my HJT file...

    Please remove these entries from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel(if present):

    Viewpoint Manager
    Viewpoint Media Player


    Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

    Place a checkmark next to these entries, close all browsers and windows, and have HijackThis fix them by clicking Fix Checked:
