Outlook mailbox permissions

I have had a good search of the forums for a solution but to no avail.
I have a user who I have granted access to another users mailbox.
The permissions are set as needed on the two folders they need to access, calendar and inbox.
I mapped the mailbox via tools > services and it maps fine, but when i expand the mapped mailbox it shows every folder. Outbox, deleted etc. Now i have rechecked the permissions, removed the permissions, re-added them, rebooted the users pc etc.
But for some strange reason it still seems to display the other folders even though their are no permissions to allow him,
although he cannot see into the folders.
Oh this is on an NT pc.
