Force Reboot computer via NIC command

Hi All,
I've been poking around the net a bit looking for a way to reboot my computer remotely when I'm not at home. For some reason, *sarcasm* Windows seems to freeze every once and a while. So, this rules out using a software based utility. I know my NIC has Wake on LAN capabilities. Assuming I can remote desktop into another computer on my network, is there a way I can send a command to my NIC on the frozen computer which will reboot the computer?
Thanks in advance.
