Help, I messed up my computer!

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this, but I think I might have screwed up my pc one day trying to remove a virus. I now no longer have deleted files sent to recycle bin - I checked, the option to remove files immediately without being sent to recycle bin is not on. Also I have problems running a patch I needed for an online game. Something flashed (blue) but I couldn't catch it fast enough to see what it said. I have a log of HijackThis, could someone look at it and tell me what I am missing?

Try this to repair your recyle bin.

Click Start, Run and type cmd. Press OK.

A DOS window will open.

Type the following and then press Enter after typing each one:

attrib -h -s c:\recycler

del c:\recycler

Close the window and REBOOT.
