Help get rid of xlime offeroptimizer pop ups

Getting a lot of popup from Xlime. I downloaded hijackthis v1.99.1 and a system scan and savea logfile. do i have to do this before the system scan or before fixing? Set your computer to show hidden files and folders, Disable System Restore and Reboot in Safe Mode
