my HiJackthis log + delay problem

Hey,
i have some kind of a delay problem lately and that's why i wanted to know if the problem is spywares.
every single audio or video file I play, "jumps" every few seconds.
also, when i roll the mouse all lover the screen in circles, every 4-5 seconds, it "stucks".

    Reboot your computer into Safe Mode


    Place a checkmark next to these entries, close all browsers and windows, and have HijackThis fix them by clicking Fix Checked:
