A couple of days ago I came home and there was something a little different about Windows explorer. I don't know what caused this but I was hoping I could get this resolved without realoading XP. Thanks in advance.

This is a longshot, but you might run regedit and look at the values in this section:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
If any of them are different from the picture I've attached you might try modifying the value to match mine. I highlighted the one that I would try first.

    Backup your registry first!!!

If you have any questions, please ask before continuing. Make sure you write down the existing value so you can change it back if it doesn't work. :)
