XP Pro install from cd eula error

My computer recently encountered a problem where i had to format the harddrive and reinstall windows, but when i boot from the windows xp cd it get to the page where the eula is supposed to be, but all it says is eula cannot be found pres F3 to exit My version of win xp is a site license version that doesent have to be activated and it burnt
