Inernet Explorer error message

I keep getting and error message shortly after I get online. It say internet explorer has encountered a problem and must close. What does this mean and how can I fix it? HELP! :confused:

    It should give you an error code. Write down that code and search support.microsoft.com and see what it tells you. Good luck.

    It may very well be a spyware problem.

    Hi, go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and see if there is some service pack or update for your Internet explorer, this may fix the problem

    If not, search the error code in google...

    Did you run a spyware check and post a HJT log for our spyware removal helpers to check out?
