When I try to use MSN Money's portfolio services, Microsoft spyware detector gives me a warning. The spyware detector log says the following:

An Internet Explorer trusted site & //@signup.mar@ and has been denied permission to be installed. This program is in the user's blocked trused Site list.

Is this a malicious site?

    That is not a website. URLs cannot contain any special characters such as @ and &, and can only contain the / character if it is sub-directory of the website. signup.mar may be a file hosted on the site you are trying to view, and it is being blocked due to a setting somewhere on your computer. Maybe someone else can help solve the problem, as I am not familiar with Microsoft Antispyware.
