OmegaKillerSM v1.2 problems, please help!

whenever i try to open OmegaKillerSM v1.2, this message appears, "The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameA could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL." Does anyone know what i should do?

Notice that PSAPI.DLL has been included with the latest download of OmegaKillerSM
