You said ghost which is a commercial product produced by Symantec. Worst case depending on what controller etc... (you were not real specific) you may have to load a driver.
Best case is it works as is (many do btw...) and you just ghost that baby. There is nothing trickier about raid-10 then raid0 or raid-1.
Only trick may be getting ghost to work with your hardware maybe and you sorta forgot to mention any of those details.
Can you boot from a normal floppy and see the drive ok? Not the data if its ntfs but jsut the partiton?
If so it probably works fine with no mess or fuss.
