    first of all thanks alot.
    notice that my Norton antivirus is updated and a full system scan didn't find any threats.
    the problem is still the delay. the music\videos "jumps", and when i roll the mouse on screen, after 3-4 seconds it "stucks" and then gets back.

    what should i do?

    You're on Win2K, so if you haven't updated your hardware since you bought the computer it may be a cause of the problem. If you haven't updated the video card and/or the graphics card and the RAM it may be causing lag. Your log is clean. It may help if you end task on some processes that you dont need when you go to watch a video.

    I understand that, but this delay problem started only a few days ago.
    its never like that.
    i think a week ago i posted here my log and someone told me to go on safemode and then fix things. it did help. but then it came back..
