Inserting Custom Word fields

Can anyone help, im trying to insert a field into MS Word which holds dynamic text.

By this I mean if I change the text in the field any other fields of this type in the document would update with the same info.


I can do it easily in Excell but don't really know VB Script to be able to do it in word.

Anyone have any ideas on the code I'd need?
