    I see a few issues in your log. Let's start by getting a few programs and running them.

    Spybot S&D
    Ad-aware se
    CWShredder (don't run yet)
    Anti-spyware-Beta @microsoft.com

    These can be found in the download section. Run these in safe mode. You can get to safe mode by rebooting and pressing f8 several times at the load screen. Run these programs while in safe mode and then reboot. It will automatically reboot in normal mode. Then go to trendmicro.com and run the free online scan.
    When you have completed these steps please post a new hijack this log.

    Something I forgot to mention before:
    Make sure that your hidden files and folders are not hidden when you run hijack this. If you need to do this it can be done by opening my computer, go to tools then folder options. Proceed to click the view tab then go down to hidden files and folders and click show hidden and uncheck hide extensions. Then click appply and close. Then run hijack this. If you have done this then disregard this info.

    Please remove these entries from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel(if present):
