Can't remove program in Add or Remove Programs

This doesn't seem to be causing problems, it's just annoying. I go to Add or Remove Programs and there is a program named "AdWare & SpyWare". I click the button to Change/Remove it and my browser in opened to this site: http://www.adwareremovergold.com/?revid=31418&s=1 This happens everytime I try to remove it. Has anyone ever had this or know what to do? Thanks in advance.
