Windows XP explorer problem?

Sorry if this is spyware related, I was told recently it was not plus I have done a full spyware search and found nothing. I keep randomly getting an error "Dr Watsons Post Mortem" and it usually crashes the taskbar and closes all internet explorer and explorer boxes. It seems to be when I open my music. I was wondering if any1 knew the problem. Here is my HiJackthis log :

It woulld seem you're runnning two different antivirus programs which many times will cause System problems.Try removing one of them.

Please update HJT to the latest version: v1.99.1

You can find it on our security downloads page.

Post a new log with that version of HJT. Thanks!
