What the hell, I keep getting pop-ups (Pic included)

Man I keep getting this damn pop-up, and everytime it comes up periodically, 3-4 Advertisements open up.. My attempt to fixing this problem was Mcafee virus scan, NUMEROUS scans with spyware programs run in safe mode including: Adware, Spyware Sweeper, Spyware Doctor. What can I do now? I'm seriously stumped and im not illiterate with computers also.

Place a checkmark next to these entries, close all browsers and windows, and have HijackThis fix them by clicking Fix Checked:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AUNPS2] RUNDLL32 AUNPS2.DLL,_Run@16

Now search for and delete this file.

AUNPS2.DLL <- probably in the C:\WINNT\system32 directory.


Reboot and post a new hijackthis log.
