Place a checkmark next to these entries, close all browsers and windows, and have HijackThis fix them by clicking Fix Checked:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [etbrun] C:\winnt\system32\eliterhw32.exe

    And delete this file.

    C:\winnt\system32\eliterhw32.exe

Reboot and post a new hijackthis log.

Thanks so much for the quick reply, below you can see the new log file for HJT and the problem has been repaired, however it wasn't as easy as you said I will explain. It was not as simple as deleting O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [etbrun] C:\winnt\system32\eliterhw32.exe because the file could not be seen, even with show hidden folders, show protected system files and view all hidden files turned off. You could even do a file and folder search for it and it wasn't there. The second thing was there was a load command in the startup bat to start (Etbrun) if you tried to end the process it would respawn itself on next restart, the same thing with removing that line in hjt it would also respawn. The next time you reboot the popups would start imediately, if you check the registry and startup everything is still there. This is what I did to remove the problem.

1.Shut down the computer and bootup in safe mode with networking support.
2.Use a utility program I use (Magic Tweak) remove the line (ETBRUN) from the startup.
    3.Open HJT and do a system scan,check this line (O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [etbrun] C:\winnt\system32\eliterhw32.exe ) then fix selected.
3.Open windows explorer and goto C:winnt\system32 directory and delete the file (eliterhw32.exe) it is now visible.

4.Shutdown your system and restart now in normal mode, everything is back to normal and no more popups.

Thanks again for your help( Buckeye_Sam) and I hope this helps the next guy with the same problem. Here is my new HJT log file below.
