Help! - Getting rid of immortal virus/spyware

My computer is running a process named 0ttrib.exe that is launching pop-ups on me and downloading more spyware/adware. All my attempts to disable it have failed. Neither Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware, or Spyware Doctor have detected it. I removed the entry in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and searched for anything else on the hard drive and in the registry that might help get rid of it, but that process still launches on startup. How can I get rid of this? I've been up past four in the morning for the past three nights trying to kill it.
