As for the timings.
1: 3,3,3,X timings off the bat, but 3,2,3,5 should work. I have seen theese at 250 fsb at those timings and believe me, 2 GB of ram at 250 and tight timings makes a system fly. Use one gig as the swapfile and you have load times like there's no tomorrow.

2: 2.5,3,3,X off the bat, but these clocks great on most boards except the late DFI's for some reason. We are still working with DFI on this. With clocks good, i mean in the 270-300 territory but they do over 250 at 2.5,3,3,X, no sweat.

3: 2,3,3,X at 2.6 volts, 2,2,2,X at 3.2 volts. If you can provide the voltage, this is the stuff to get. I haven't seen many kits do under 250 at 2,2,2,X and 3.4 volts. Most even do 255-260. This is the ram that owns the 3dmark lists and people are running this ram at 270-280 in benchmarks.
