Electron Microscope 3 is showing the wrong numbers.

I have EM3 installed on my BP6 dual CPU computer to monitor 2 seperate 5.02 console versions of folding on Windows 2000 Pro, and it works fine.

But on my laptop and main computer systems, I have the 5.03 graphical client installed, and I put EM3 on to see how many points the work units are worth.

But on 5.03 graphical setups, EM3 gets some numbers wrong. I can see the points and how long it'll take to finish, but the number of frames is wrong. In my laptop's case currently, the 5.03 graphical readout says 500 frames and the EM3 says 100 frames. 5.03 says 139 frames are done and EM3 says 28 frames are done. It's a 1:5 ratio.

How can this be and what is wrong? Does EM3 just not work right with 5.03 graphical?

The graphical client is wrong. On the GUI part it doesnt always show the actual number of frames. Look at the log file on a WU that has 500 'frames.' It will have 100 or 400 or 50 or something but not 500. EM3 is correct.
