OCZ gold series on a K8T800 board

well, the title says it all really, just wondering if anyone has any experience running OCZ gold series RAM on a K8T800 based board. I currently have an MSI Neo2 s754 board. Although I'm looking to upgrade to a DFI Lanparty s939 in the near future I have some funds earmarked for new memory now and I've been eyeing up the OCZ Gold series PC4000. My current board only supplies 2.85v to the RAM, any idea what sort of speed / timings I can expect with that voltage? My current RAM (corsair PC3200 XMS) runs at 225Mhz on a 333 divider (so it's running at 180MHzish) if I run it at the 400 divider I can't get above 200MHz without my system locking up.

deicist, the Gold 4000 shouldn't have any problems on that board, but i'm not sure the agp or pci bus is locked so you might but board limited before memory limited if you know what i mean.
