Help Urgent needed please :(

This has happened yesterday and caused me to reformat my hard disk and everything. Today it happened again. But this time i managed to fix the problem with S&D.

1. I found 186ish items using Ad-Aware but the problem is it WON'T let me delete. Basically i have run Spybot SD but i couldnt delete those items with Ad-Aware.
2. And i have 5 entries in my Uninstall Software. and i realized just now that i CAN'T open control panel o.o. The entries are: TSA, Sidefind, Slotchbar, 180 Assistant and Internet Optimizer.
3. Explorer keeps crashing and i can't even open Hijack's Folder, basically all folders. x.x
I'll try to restart the computer and post the HiJack Log.
Please help.

    Try booting into Safe Mode (Press F8 at the BIOS screen when booting) and uninstalling those pieces of spyware. Once you have done that (whether it is successful or not), scan with Ad-Aware while in safe mode, then boot back into normal mode and try using HJT.
