I was Hijacked.....Plez Help

Can someone help me get rid of some spyware?. I have run Adware, Spy Sweeper, they find the stuff and I delete them but they always come back at restart. I'm getting (gnmjua.exe),(farmmext.exe), and I think I did get rid of (sixtypopsix) out finally. here is my log, Thank You

I downloaded and ran Ms Antispyware, and it seemed to work. I also have Spy Sweeper and it would detect the above said, but it could not get rid of those. I would like to thank you for your help A2I.

see with this friendly user interface programm if you can see some unknown items if you do so export the logfile for yourself and copy paste 4example the 1liners you want to quarantine or info on about.

for example check out your spyinfo.html (thats the export log the program can make (option: File on the top right click Export to select on which extension you want to save as *html or *txt.)

copy lines to paste here 4example if you would like to know what it does.
