AMTP as a possible SMTP Replacement

There were talks on the forum not too long about about SMTP and how it is vulnerable. AMTP proposes to help squash some of those vunlnerabilities.

AMTP is being designed as a possible replacement for SMTP, with security features designed to reduce the impact of Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) and the cost of running mail servers.
