so i finally get the "core" parts to upgrade my pc but im having a problem. If i connect any USB device (mx1000, lexmark printer) into the motherboard the computer will hang during boot up. I have tried switching the USB Power jumpers from 5v to 5vsb but it also wont boot. Im having to disconnect all usb devices, let windows boot up then connect them back, this is getting annoying.Is there a setting i have to change or is it the PS? the power supply is a 380watts and i never had problems with it before.

    I have feeling ou may be underpowered. You could try the latest bios first as it fixed a lot of things including memory instablility isses w/ some ram. The 5vsb requires a 24pin power connecter to work.
