network within a network

G'day all,
I hope that someone can help me.
I have an Internet cafe, running 20 PCs all networked and running windows XP , I have a server - win 2003 and a PC that I keep all my personal files on. (also connected to the network)
All PCs are in a network under the one workgroup.
I regularly fix PCs and want to connect a PC that I am working on to My personal PC and then onto the Internet, my question is how do i set up a small network just for these 2 pcs that can also access the net through my PC.
