Good day! im getting a 55c while playing NBA live.. im not just sure if its the cpu or the mobo.. im using speedfan and it says there Temp1: 43; Temp2: 53; Temp3: 43; HD0 38... in my thinking the temp1 is the CPU temp2 is the mobo temp3 i dont know..haha. and after playing the videocard fan is too hot.. can you pls help me what to do to improve the temperatures and the videocard..please?!!! thanks a lot!

but how? just have 2 80mm cool master in the front as intake 1 at the side and at the back... im planning to buy a arctic silver5 for my cpu... but for now can my pc handle the said temp in my last post? and how can i see the videocard's temp also? thanks!
wow that cool.. as in! half of my temp.. thanks! ill tyr to buy a 120 mm fan for the side like yours.. hope temp will change.. at least... thanks man! ill update you if it works or what.. um one more thing am i correct about the speedfan temp? is the temp1 is for the cpu and temp2 for the mobo? thanks again!
The CPU generates it's own heat, due to the electricity going through it. It heats the case, not the other way around. What a good cooling system does is to move the heat of the CPU (and other components, like your RAM & Video Card) from the components to the inside of the case, then out of the case to the room. If your case isn't moving heat efficiently from the inside of the case to the outside, the parts inside have a hard time shedding their heat, meaning everything gets hotter.
