HJT log.I have never seen this before?? Please help if you can, thanks...

I have 2 computers, this one and a laptop on a wireless connection. My start page for this computer was Cnn.com...the start page on the laptop is Juno.com. I have run spybot and adware, I also have a Hijack this log. I can not open CNN or Juno on either computer through Internet Explorer. I have AOL on this computer and if I open that I can get to these two sites through AOL's browser. Nothing happens in I.E. no blank page nothing, it just sits there trying to open it. I changed the start page on this to pgatour.com and it consitently opens to that. However if I type Cnn.com or Juno.com in it won't even open, being the start page or not. I have NIS Pro 2004, but disabled it for a moment to see if that was conflicting, and that didn't help. Oh, I can't get to Google either, I do have the Google toolbar, which I disabled, but to no avail. Here is my log, and thank you so much for your time in looking at this.

Hi, before I go on with this there appears to be part of your HJT log missing...Is this the way it turned out? run HJT again and compare for missing information, if anything turns up please post it in full by replying to your own entry. If not then post that and I will continue to work on your log.

Hi Wildthing...
My problem was just fixed, seems, and I'm not sure how, that it had to do with the DNS problems that Comcast was having. The really odd thing is, even when I changed to a different DNS to avoid not having any connection at all, I still couldn't get to those specific pages, then I power cycled after it seemed Comcast's problems were over today, and now I can get to these pages. I'm assuming something was corrupt, and now it's not, but I did nothing to change anything, I'm confused. I like to know why things happened and how they were fixed, but not on this one I guess?
I appreciate your time in looking at my log. I'm not sure why it was incomplete, and I guess I don't need to post another one now?
