Yahoo! Asus K8v Running!

hey its me again i didnt give up on my asus k8v deluxe cuz i simply didnt want to spend more money. but now that i got it working it needs a bios installed because i have to register windows. it wont let me register windows because i dont have anything on my currrent bios that supports LAN. So i was wondering which bios i should get and how i would load this on my pc.

    Did you flash it to a differant bios with no LAN support? Since you don't know how to flash I doubt you did that... So the bios on there does support the NIC if its built in. Check every screen in the bios as it may need to be enabled.

    Somehow I going to take a wild guess and say you probably just need the drivers installed.

    i did flash the bios, but i had my techie at school do most of it. he reinstalled windows, and downloaded a LAN driver. after that i downloaded all the drivers that i needed. I'm happy! :D
