I need help bad. :bawling: I have run Adaware and Spybot but I still get these pop ups. Here is my log from hijack this. Plllllllllllease help me. :confused:

    Download LSPFix from http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.zip and run it.

    Check the I know what I'm doing box.

    In the Keep box you should see one or more instances of the following files.

    aklsp.dll

    Select every instance of this file, but no others, and move each one to the Remove box by clicking the >> button.

    When you are done click Finish>>.



    Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

    Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

    IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

    Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

    From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer. After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.

    IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

    Download LSPFix from http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.zip and run it.

    Check the I know what I'm doing box.

    In the Keep box you should see one or more instances of the following files.

    aklsp.dll

    Select every instance of this file, but no others, and move each one to the Remove box by clicking the >> button.

    When you are done click Finish>>.



    Download rkfiles.zip
    http://skads.org/special/rkfiles.zip
    Unzip the contents to a permanent folder.

    Reboot in Safe mode.

    Doubleclick rkfiles.bat
    It will scan for a while, so please be patient.
    Wait till the DOS window closes and reboot back to normal mode.

    Post the contents of C:\log.txt in your next reply.

    Download Killbox from here.

    Run KillBox, select the option: Replace on Reboot
    Then, in the Full Path of File to Delete box, copy and paste this entry:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\ukta.exe

    Select the option: Use Dummy
    Press the button with a red circle and a white X (Delete File button)
    Click Yes at the Replace on Reboot confirmation prompt.
    Click No at the request to reboot.

    Do the exact same as above for each and every one of the files that follow, and select No at the request to reboot!

    I did the things above and when i rebooted i got error messages after using the killbox. I dont have any desktop icons no start, nothing at all.
    Please tell me were i went wrong!

    this is the error message
    The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction CS:05al:Oed7 Op: ff ff ff ff ff
    it included the file names that i put in the killbox. The icons are there at start up and disappear when the error messages appear

    It sounds like your explorer file may be infected. Please follow the directions in my previous post. I need to see three logs from you, hijackthis, rkfiles, and qoologic. Then we can see what is still on your computer causing your problems.

    Download Killbox from here.

    Run KillBox, select the option: Replace on Reboot
    Then, in the Full Path of File to Delete box, copy and paste this entry:

    C:\Windows\system32\apnzlk.exe

    Select the option: Use Dummy
    Press the button with a red circle and a white X (Delete File button)
    Click Yes at the Replace on Reboot confirmation prompt.
    Click No at the request to reboot.

    Do the exact same as above for each and every one of the files that follow, and select No at the request to reboot!

    On this last file, close KillBox and Notepad, and Reboot the computer!!

    Killbox has created some errors at startup on my computer. if i uninstall it will the things that happen at startup go away too. My desktop icons disappear when the killbox starts to work. I'll deal with the crappy crap but i have to have my desktop...any suggestions? :confused:

    Killbox is a single file that does not get installed. It will not cause problems on your desktop. Please post a new hijackthis log and a new rkfiles log.

    Download LSPFix from http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.zip and run it.
    Check the I know what I'm doing box.
    In the Keep box you should see one or more instances of the following files.

    aklsp.dll

    Select every instance of this file, but no others, and move each one to the Remove box by clicking the >> button.
    When you are done click Finish>>.


    Reboot and post a new hijackthis log.

    Thank u for ur assistance.... but i do have antoher question. When of the programs that I loaded in an attempt to get rid of the spyware is causing a problem. I'm not sure which it is, but it comes on and says "killing explorer" and something about rundll. All the desktop icons disappears. Which program do I need to get rid of and how?

    this is my hijack this log. ty. the pop ups are not bothering me as bad as not having any desktop icons. A green box comes on at start up its says WINDOWS32.CMD.EXE ... Then t says killing explorer and rundll. Icons disappear.

    Place a checkmark next to these entries and click Fix Checked. Make sure all other open windows are closed before proceeding:

    Reboot into safe mode.

    Delete these files or directories if they exist:

    C:\Windows\system32\nsvsvc
    C:\Windows\system32\picsvr

    Run a full system scan with Ad-Aware SE and Spybot Search & Destroy. Remove all objects found.

    Reboot into normal mode.
