hijack log to review please! - mystery software running

hey guys
i've been having some problems lately with spyware. Everytime i reboot microsoft antispyware blocks a program rtti.exe... it's been going on for a few days since i had a little outbreak that the firewalls attempted to stop. but i can't find the program to get rid of it and the scanners don't detect it in scans either. i think there are some other startups that are being blocked as well...im getting some internet interferance cuz of everything.
I've run spybot-SD, adaware, cwshredder, microsoft antispyware, norton... all update regularly and nothing has been found in the past few days.

    Download rkfiles.zip
    http://skads.org/special/rkfiles.zip
    Unzip the contents to a permanent folder.

    Reboot in Safe mode.

    Doubleclick rkfiles.bat
    It will scan for a while, so please be patient.
    Wait till the DOS window closes and reboot back to normal mode.

    Post the contents of C:\log.txt in your next reply.

    Download Killbox from here.
    http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip
    Run KillBox, select the option: Replace on Reboot
    Then, in the Full Path of File to Delete box, copy and paste this entry:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\innkml.exe

    Select the option: Use Dummy
    Press the button with a red circle and a white X (Delete File button)
    Click Yes at the Replace on Reboot confirmation prompt.
    Click No at the request to reboot.

    Do the exact same as above for each and every one of the files that follow, and select No at the request to reboot!

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\sggrhbi.dll

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\wmconfig.cpl


    Finally, in the Full Path of File to Delete, copy and paste the following:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\wvvkb.dat

    Press the button with a red circle and a white X.
    Click Yes at the Replace on Reboot prompt.
    Click Yes at the request to reboot.

    On this last file, close KillBox and Notepad, and Reboot the computer!!

    Once rebooted, rescan with hijackthis and fix the following;

    hi again, i don't know if that last thing just caused this, but i just tried unistalling a program (netconnect) which used to un/reinstall without a problem and all of a sudden it's not completing (cpu usage goes up to 100% for IDrive.exe and i have to end the process) :( i don't know if i should be mentioning this in here but just incase a conflict might have been caused... thanx

    I cannot see anything bad in your log now, so not sure why you got the CWS warning.
    Is there an uninstall file in the netconnect folder that you can use to uninstall?

    ya but it just freezes up.. but i won't burden u with that prob lol thanx for all the help! ur amazing. the cws thing i deleted so thats cool. have a good weekend
