Raid 0, Error Occured

Intel 875 board, P4 2.8 prescot, 2gig ram, 2 serial ata drives, raid 0, WIN XP PRO. Well, Here Goes! This config has been Working great, but i updated the bios on the board, and as usual i had to resetup all the options in cmos, but this time, the primary drive switghed back to the ide drive( I use for storage only), so i just set it back, no problem , Right?...UH OH... When i finish and get out and ccontinue to boot... but it does not... on the Raid screen i noticed that it still had my raid name there, but it had "ERROR OCCURED" next to both drives. Maybe i lost my boot sector or something??? Please help!
Am I screwed or can i recover the raid? If so, How? Win XP PRO was installed on the raid.

    Unplug the ide drive
