Hw do i get rid of this parasite"pcmservice"

i really need some help.I have this stupid annoying parasite that i cann't get rid off.It comes back every time i bot up my pc.Slowing it down big time.It doesn't come up on on any hijack this scan.The name of the thing is "pcmservice".if any one as had this thing could you tell me how to get rid off this.
