    my version of ACDsee does it but It can not be registered now

    even allows to to rename them with a click of a button

    that version is about 7 years old

    trial version to boot<)

    YES they still sell a simular version of ACDsee and 35 bucks to boot:)

    I use Ulead Webrazor Pro. It's an older program, but it does all kinds of stuff.
    I resize or resample, crop, copy html code, copy cell attributes, etc with it.
    And you can convert your pics to whatever format you want.
    WebRazor Pro is a suite of graphics tool applications. All of them are developed by U-lead to fit different needs you may encounter when you work on your site. There is COOL 3d 2, Gif Animator, Photo Explorer, Photo Viewer and SmartSaver.
    They don't even make this version anymore, but you can get it now, brand new for $19 at Amazon.com
    It's very user friendly.
    When it first came out a few yrs ago it was $129.
