Sending and receiving faxes??

I have a nice HP all in one. Is there any way to send and receive faxes using my broad band connection?
I just happen to be sold on not having a land telephone line. My cell works great plus it keeps the telemarketers away.
I was on a site recently and downloaded "E fax" it turned out to be a free starter version that only lets you reveive faxes. They want about 20 bucks a month to send faxes as well.
