PSP to get 50% more power?
I saw this over at CGNetwork and thought it was an interesting read.

Basically, right now the clock speed of the PSP is locked at 222MHZ by the games libraries becuase of battery power, it's max is 333MHz but unused. In the near future when battery power gets better they'll allow game companies to use an updated code library that allows the higher clock speed and thus you're PSP will be even faster on those specific games, while also consuming more power. That shouldn't be a problem if you buy a new battery though, and of course your old games will play the same way they always did for just as long.

I am very tempted to buy one, but after buying at least one game, and enough memory for anything cool, a guy could easily drop 350$ on this thing. Not quite worth it to me yet. But when it gets cheaper I am all over it.
