hijack this urgent help

i have spyware programs microsoft beta and xoftspy
the microsoft beta detects browser hijack modifier
the xoftspy detects clearsearch
but when i delete them and reboot they come back

sorry but the hijack this wont upload it says invalid file can you tell me how to solve this

    Don't try to upload the hijackthis log as an attachment. Just copy it and paste it here as a reply to this post.
