Windows Me Spyware Issues

I am running Windows Me. I have been having problems with spyware, locking up and pop ups. I have run Adware-Se and Spybot and have deleted any problems there. I am new at this and any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I have just run HiJackthis and have found the following:

    There's not a lot showing in your log that we can work with.

    Please download CWShredder and run it. Make sure to click "Fix".

    Let me know if it finds anything.



    Next, let's take a closer look for bad files on your computer.

    Please download DLLCompare from here (unless you have downloaded it previously) http://downloads.subratam.org/DllCompare.exe

    *Save it to your desktop and run it.
    *Click 'Run Locate.com'to scan.
    *When the scan has completed, click 'Compare'.
    *When completed, click "Make a Log of What Was Found".
    *Please Copy/Paste the entire contents of the logfile to this thread.

    Note: If you get an error after pressing Run Locate.com:
    copy autoexec.nt from c:\windows\repair\ folder to c:\windows\system32\ folder.



    Reboot your computer, post a new hijackthis log, the dllcompare log, and let me know specifically what problems you continue to have.
