CWS_TINY0 and abetterinternet?how do i get them to go away?

Im very new at computers and i have these hijackers and adware. My internet is going crazy. im forced to use Firefox.Any way if someone can help me please help!

Run HiJackThis then:

1. Click "Open the Misc Tools Section"
2. Click "Open Process manager"

Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate (if present) and click on (highlight) each of the following:

c:\windows\system32\ambsoeo.exe

Now double-check and make sure that only those item(s) above are highlighted, then click "Kill process". Now, click "Refresh", check again, and repeat this step if any remain.

Now, let's open a command prompt by going to the start menu and then select 'Run'.

In the box that pops up type in 'cmd'. The command prompt will open.

OR

You can go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt. Unregister the dll(s) we're going to remove, by entering the following:

regsvr32 /u lbbho.dll

It's ok, if these aren't found or 'error' out. If you want, just copy and paste the individual lines to the command prompt to save typing them in.

Go to Start/Run and type in cmd then enter services.msc and locate SvcProc or System Startup Service. Now stop the service and set it to disabled.

Download the Pocket KillBox
Unzip the file to your desktop.
Run Pocket Killbox and paste the full file path of each of the below files in the box and click on Standard File Kill and End Explorer Shell While Killing File. Click on the button with the red circle and an X in the middle after you enter each file (see the files below).

c:\windows\system32\fpkesu.exe
C:\WINDOWS\lbbho.dll
C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Reboot afterwards if the files are successfully deleted.

If all files are not deleted, do not reboot yet. Run Pocket Killbox again and paste the full file path in the box and click on Delete on Reboot. Next click on the button with the red circle and an X in the middle. You will get a message saying "File with be deleted on next reboot, Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" to reboot only after the last file you enter.

Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows and hit the "Fix checked" button.

Unzip the contents to a permanent folder.

Reboot in Safe mode.

Doubleclick rkfiles.bat
It will scan for a while, so please be patient.
Wait till the DOS window closes and reboot back to normal mode.

i used killbox and it killed the nail, i think, because everytime my computer started up an error message appeared and it sayed that the file couldnt be found. and i downloaded the rkfiles but i wasnt sure how to use it, i started up in safe mode and i ran it but i sat there for about 40 minutes and it didnt do anything?

ps. when i tried fixing things in hijackthis i ran another scan and all of the thinds i checked vame back and one of the things chooses random letters for its name:

this program changes its name?

Run Hijackthis and go to the process viewer by going to Config, Misc Tools, Process Viewer, to unload all instances of the following running processes;
c:\windows\system32\qnupig.exe

Once certain it has stopped, locate it and delete it.

Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows and hit the "Fix checked" button.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ossqrnl] c:\windows\system32\qnupig.exe

O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe (file missing)

Reboot when done and post another log please.

RKfiles can take a while to scan, depending on how many files it has to check.

Go here and download FindIt's.zip to your Desktop. Unzip the files and doubleclick on FindIt's.bat to run it. A text file will open when it has finished scanning but it may take awhile, so please be patient. Post the results please.

no matter what i do i cant get it to stop running. i go to process manager and , like i said, it comes back with a diffenent name.

Unzip it to the desktop and run Find-Its.bat. A log should open with some text after a little while; please post the entire text of the log here for me.
