endpoint error???

had the Home Search Assistant virus and ran the fixes that were provided and followed steps...now I am getting an error when I restart that says "endpoint error..." , lsass.exe error!!! This does not sound good. Can someone tell me if I've done something wrong..maybe took a wrong step and am I completely lost here? Can I save my puter at all??? PLEASE HEEEEELP!!
